Rudyard Burley

Rudyard is a musician playing bass guitar, plus other instruments. He studied sound engineering and studio recording as part of his music course at LCCM and began to put it all in to practise. Along way from the Yamaha tape mixer and recorder! The next  phase was of course recording band demos, mixing and mastering. Culminating in 2017 with callaborative work with Bryan McClellan musician and session drummer being published by Monkey Puzzle House Music under the name 'AtlantiK'.

Air Raid Studios is one of 4 World War II air raid bunkers in the same street in  Kennington, South London. Originally it started out as a rehearsal space.In 2010 we emptied 5 tonnes of waste form the bunker, sealed all windows and door which were open to the elements and ran electricity in.  It has taken many months if not years to build up equipment and to get to know the space.
